Their reduced size means the spirit has more contact with the wood, amplifying the natural flavors of whisky first matured in ex-Bourbon barrels. Hints of coconut, banana and vanilla complement our instantly recognizable heavy peat flavor, followed by a long, sweet and smoky finish.
