Refund policy
Refund & Return Policy There are absolutely NO refunds or returns. All sales are final. ANY cancellation will be subject to a $25 restocking fee. Once a shipping label is created the shipping fees are NON-refundable. Shipping and Shipment reroute fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
We do not accept returns without prior approval due to the type of products being sold. Spirits such as Tequila cannot be returned for any reason other than error on our part. The shipping costs will NOT be refunded for any reason other than if the mistake was made by us. There is a 30 day window from the date you received your product to contact us about any damages, cracks, leaks, or defective products.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, customers must provide the following documentation:

Video Recording: A clear and continuous video recording of the package being opened upon arrival is required. This video must start before the package is opened and continue until the contents are fully visible.

Image of Contents: An image of the contents of the package in their original form is required. This image must show:
- The contents in their original box.
- The contents in their original bottle packaging material, if applicable.
Failure to provide the necessary video and image documentation may result in the denial of a refund or replacement request. This policy helps ensure the integrity of the process and prevents potential fraud.
Shipping: We cannot guarantee or estimate delivery dates or times, depending on the shipper used for your state some deliveries can take longer to arrive. Upon Delivery, an adult of the age of 21+ must be present to take delivery, if not the delivery will be re-attempted before being returned back to us. If delivery is unsuccessful due to the customer refusing the package or being unavailable the sign for the package after three attempts, they will be refunded for the cost of the product, minus the cost of shipping and an additional $15 return to shipper fee.
