Siembra Valles Añejo Tequila uses bagasse fiber fermentation which allows this Añejo to maintain a strong agave character against the gentle aging of over a year in proprietary Ozark Mountain White Oak.

This Añejo tequila by Siembra Valles is one of the more dessert-forward expressions, with bold notes of chocolate, caramel, cinnamon & charred oak. The finish is strong and woody with notes of coffee lasting throughout.
