Volcan De Mi Tierra is celebrating the volcano that erupted 200.000 years ago to nourish the lands of Jalisco region, Mexico, by making fine tequilas. Their Reposado is made from 100% Agave from the Highlands of Jalisco, sourced at different locations, and distilled twice in copper pot stills before being aged in new American and European oak barrels for exactly 135 days.
The two liquids are then blended and bottled at an ABV of 40%. This is a great pure Reposado with a delightfully subtle aroma of sweet and smoky, a slightly spicy palate, and a smooth finish, best to be sipped neat or on the rocks. Presented in a glorious bottle with a small volcano in the base, this tequila will charm you with its presentation, color, and taste alike.
