Foursquare 12 Year Rum Mark XXI 2010 is a 12 year Aged Single Blended Rum, consisting of both Artisanal Pot and Traditional Twin Column Coffey distilled molasses rums. All distillation, maturation, blending and bottling occurring entirely on-site, at the Foursquare Rum Distillery in Barbados.
Aroma: Notes of spiced orange, star anise and vanilla give way to red licorice, marasca cherries and dark chocolate.
Palate: Elegant and lengthy -opens with clove, cinnamon and baking spices, balanced by fresh black plums, stone fruits, bananas foster, caramel, and a hint of pineapple and toasted pine nuts.
Finish: A full bodied, yet deceptively elegant sipper - especially at full proof, with a long, pleasing finish.
