General Gorostieta Blanco Tequila 2025 Release

General Gorostieta Blanco Tequila is a classic highland Blanco with a strong agave forward profile backed with black pepper and citrus. This bottle has a metallic cork bearing the imperial eagle of the Escudo Nacional Mexicano which was the symbol active right before the Mexican Revolution, right at the time Enrique Gorostieta entered the Heroico Colegio Militar.

Aroma: Black pepper, cooked agave, salted caramel.

Palate: Tropical fruit backed with agave, light black pepper and floral notes, subtle minerality.

Finish: Bright, sweet and lasting.
