This deep-hued malt offers dark, pungent wine-woody aromas with peaty smoke, curled around baked figs. 

At first the palette detects a smooth sweetness, then salt and pepper provide a savory, smoke-wreathed intensity. The rich first fill Pedro Ximenez/Oloroso seasoned casks produce a sweet and sumptuous finish.
