
Alma del Jaguar Añejo Tequila was developed in partnership with Sergio Vivanco of the highly regarded Feliciano Vivanco y Asociados distillery, master distiller, Sergio Cruz, and Adam Fodor, President of the International Tequila Academy.
Aroma: The aroma features notes of banana, vanilla, cooked agave, and oak.
Palate: On the palate, expect flavors of caramel, cooked corn or caramel corn, vanilla, chalk, limestone, and a hint of vinegar.
Finish: The finish reveals hints of smoke and a unique complexity from the blend of three different lots, showcasing distinct characteristics from both French and American oak.
