Bardstown Bourbon Company Collaborative Series: Silver Oak is a remarkable bridge between two worlds of barrel craft — Kentucky bourbon meets Napa Valley's most iconic winery. Silver Oak has spent over 50 years aging exclusively in premium American oak, establishing themselves as a trailblazer in California Cabernet Sauvignon. This collaboration brings that legacy to bourbon in a spectacular way.
The base is a meticulously assembled blend of six straight bourbons sourced from five states — Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana, and Georgia — spanning 9 to 15 years of age. The blend was then finished for an additional 17 months in Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon barrels, absorbing subtle layers of dark fruit, tannin, and wine-barrel elegance. Bottled at 108 proof (54% ABV).
