Discovery #8 begins with a blend of Kentucky bourbon, two Indiana ryes, and aged Canadian whiskey spanning 6 to 12 years of age. What sets it apart is the custom finishing process: five distinct oak staves were selected specifically for this release, ranging from French toast to vanilla to Rioja barrel profiles — adding layers of complexity that could not be achieved through traditional aging alone.
