Cascahuín Blanco Tequila is the everyday expression from one of Mexico's most respected family-owned distilleries — Destilería Cascahuín (NOM 1123) in El Arenal, Jalisco, a town known as the Gateway to Agave Country. Founded in 1904 by Salvador Rosales Briseño and now operated by fourth and fifth generations of the Rosales family, Cascahuín has spent over 120 years crafting 100% additive-free tequila using traditional production methods that few distilleries still maintain.

The Blanco is made from single-estate Blue Weber agave from the Valles (lowland) region of Jalisco — slow-roasted in traditional stone/brick ovens, crushed using tahona and roller mill, naturally fermented, and double-distilled in copper pot stills. The result is a punchy, terroir-driven blanco with the mineral soul of El Arenal. Bottled at 40% ABV without additives — pure agave expression.

The same distillery also produces Siembra Valles and Wild Common tequilas, making NOM 1123 one of the most influential addresses in the tequila world.

Outstanding neat, on the rocks, or as the base of a serious agave-forward Margarita or Paloma.
