This new Shiraz has the same look and feel one would expect from the SALDO portfolio, made by the Prisoner Wine Company.

We scoured the world for the most intriguing grapes and sourced them from some of South Australia's finest regions. The Mediterranean climate and alluvial soils yielded one of our most complexly layered wines while maintaining the approachability and balanced acidity that makes SALDO stand out.
