The result is an earthier, more vegetal blanco with more of the agave's natural character intact.
100% Blue Weber agave is slow-roasted in brick ovens, crushed with the century-old tahona stone, fermented in pine wood vats, and double-distilled in copper pot stills by master distiller Rocío Rodríguez — one of the few women leading tequila production in Mexico. Tahona Blanco was named a Wine Enthusiast Best of the Year.
