Volcán de Mi Tierra Blanco Tequila is the flagship expression of one of Mexico's most innovative tequila brands — a 50/50 partnership between the Gallardo family (300+ years of tequila-making heritage in Jalisco) and Moët Hennessy (LVMH). Founded in 2017, Volcán is the first tequila brand created for the Moët Hennessy portfolio, and the only tequila produced at NOM 1523 (Agrotequilera de Jalisco) in Huaxtla, Jalisco.
What sets Volcán Blanco apart is its signature assemblage approach: a carefully crafted blend of highland (Los Altos) and lowland (El Valle) blue Weber agave. The highland agave delivers fruity, floral, rounded character while the lowland agave contributes earthy, spicy, and herbal complexity. Both are slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens (horno), milled using a tahona stone, and fermented in wooden tanks — then distilled in copper stills.

The brand's signature bottle features textures inspired by the volcano's terrain, and the Blanco is tinted blue in homage to the agave it's crafted from.
