Interesting Aromas and Flavors

The Clase Azul Mezcal Guerrero is a complex smokey liquor. You definitely need to let the bottle breath after opening. On the first taste - smoke rubber. Second taste (after a few days) less smoke rubber. The third taste (a week later) a hint of green pepper, less smoke, but still a heavy feel. Looking forward the expensive bottle aging and gaining a more pleasant fruit flavor.
