Crafted for true collectors and connoisseurs, Tierra de Ensueño's wheated bourbon Reposado is aged for 8-10 months in extra-rare American oak casks. Each micro small batch is handcrafted in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico using only three all-natural ingredients: agave, water and yeast. Their artisanal production process utilizes fully mature estate grown agave, traditional stone ovens and natural open-air fermentation before barrel-aging to create Ensueño reposado’s signature flavors and aromas. Due to the terroir and all-natural production process - each batch is unique and never replicated again.
Distilled at NOM 1580, under the artistry of Master Distiller Sergio Cruz and Master Blender Oscar Vasquez Camarena, this expression showcases the best of Los Altos craftsmanship. Using 100% fully mature Blue Weber agave from Jesus Maria, Jalisco, the piñas are slow-cooked in traditional stone ovens for up to three days, then roller-milled and open-air fermented with deep well water for unmatched purity.
