1800 Guachimonton Anejo Tequila celebrates the legacy and agriculture of the tequila region of Mexico, inspired by the jewel of Jalisco, Los Guachimontones. These circular pyramids, made from the same rich red clay soil that our best blue Weber agave is grown from, are honored by our ceramic keepsake bottle.
The bottle is inspired by Los Guachimontones, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the Tequila Valleys believed to represent the sun and serve as a place for ceremonial gatherings. The red ceramic bottle is a tribute to the nutrient-rich red soil found only in the highlands of Jalisco where our agave is grown. Our Anejo Tequila is finished in orange tequila liqueur casks, paying homage to the orange trees that were historically cultivated in this part of Jalisco.
