Cascahuín Destino Blanco Tequila 2025 Release is a landmark limited-edition release celebrating 70 years of the Rosales family's tequila heritage at Destilería Cascahuín in El Arenal, Jalisco. This extraordinary expression is a blend of six distinct blanco tequilas, each produced using a different traditional technique, assembled into a single high-proof bottling that captures the full range of Cascahuín's artisanal mastery.
Agave for Destino was sourced exclusively from Cerro del Cascahuín — the hill of light that gives the distillery its name — and processed using every traditional method the distillery commands: slow-roasting in both traditional masonry brick ovens and conical stone earthen pits, extraction by both tahona and roller mill, fermentation in open-air wood, stainless steel, and concrete tanks with and without agave fibers, and double-distilled in copper pot stills. Bottled at 49% ABV — undiluted, unfiltered.
The label was designed by acclaimed artist Mauricio Lara to tell the visual story of three generations: Three Scenarios. Three Moments. Three Generations.
