Cascahuín Plata 48 Tequila is a high-proof, unfiltered, undiluted blanco bottled straight from the still at 48% ABV (96 proof) — preserving every ounce of raw Valles terroir that makes El Arenal tequila production so singular. Crafted by Master Distiller Salvador "Chava" Rosales at Destilería Cascahuín (NOM 1123), this is tequila with absolutely nothing to hide and everything to give.
Produced in deliberately small batches of no more than 2,500 liters, each lot is made from single-estate Blue Weber agave from the Valles region — brick oven roasted, naturally fermented, and double-distilled in copper pot stills, then bottled without dilution or filtration. The result is a bold, oily, intensely agave-forward spirit with exceptional mineral depth and pronounced Valles character. 100% additive-free.
