excellent

It's really enjoyable to try an expression that's modeled after the most archaic and origina ways of producing Tequila. It's kind of like a touchstone in the Tequila world and is worth paying a few extra bucks for the labor care and time that goes into it. this is like doing an archaeology dig, but for liquors and spirits.

A bit of mezcal

Siembra is always a great brand. This has a touch of mezcal in it. At first I was slightly disappointed, but the more you drink it the more the profile opens up. Mint, grapefruit, cooked agave. Very delicious. At the price point, I don’t believe it is worth the coin. Hence, the 4 stars.
