Don’t require signature required. Others dont

Thank you for your feedback! While we’re not certain about how other online stores handle this, we are required to follow ABC and State laws to remain compliant. Hello Paul,

Thanks for reaching out, I reviewed the tracking information for your order and see that UPS attempted three deliveries, with today being the third and final attempt. As we are shipping alcohol, an adult signature is required on delivery and there wasn't an adult present to sign during the three separate delivery attempts by UPS which would explain why you never received your order.

The good news is that UPS will hold your package for 5 days after the third delivery attempt before returning the package to us, you could find out which customer service center is holding your package by calling UPS and providing your tracking number.

If for whatever reason you're unable to pickup your package within the 5 days, UPS will return the package to us and you will be refunded for the product you did not recieve.
