
Alma del Jaguar Blanco Tequila was developed in partnership with Sergio Vivanco of the highly regarded Feliciano Vivanco y Asociados distillery, master distiller, Sergio Cruz, and Adam Fodor, President of the International Tequila Academy.
Eighty percent (80%) of the blend is Tequila produced from natural wild yeast, and twenty percent (20%) of the blend is Tequila produced from champagne yeast imported from France. They use recycled glass bottles, reclaimed agave fiber labels, repurposed cork and recycled cardboard cartons.
Aroma: Peppery, bright agave and citrus
Palate: Light bodied though full of flavor, citrusy, earthy, mineral notes, agave forward.
Finish: Very clean and crisp.
