
Alma del Jaguar Reposado Tequila is aged two months in American White Oak, and an additional month in French Oak. Developed in partnership with Sergio Vivanco of the highly regarded Feliciano Vivanco y Asociados distillery, master distiller, Sergio Cruz, and Adam Fodor, President of the International Tequila Academy.
Eighty percent (80%) of the blend is Tequila produced from natural wild yeast, and twenty percent (20%) of the blend is Tequila produced from champagne yeast imported from France
Aroma: Cognac, cooked agave, caramel, sweet orange
Palate: Full agave sweetness, honey, vanilla, toasted pepper and oak, some bourbon notes, leans towards a heavier aging profile
Finish: Full bodied and warming
