Cascahuín Añejo Tequila is the pinnacle of traditional Cascahuín aging — produced by Master Distiller Salvador "Chava" Rosales at Destilería Cascahuín (NOM 1123) in El Arenal, Jalisco. Aged 14–16 months in well-used American oak barrels (the same barrels used for 20+ years of tequila maturation), this añejo develops exceptional depth while keeping the agave firmly at the core.
Made from 100% single-estate Blue Weber agave from the Valles region, brick oven roasted, naturally fermented, and double-distilled in copper pot stills — with zero additives. The extended aging in thoroughly seasoned barrels allows the caramelized oak, dried fruit, and sweet agave to integrate into a harmonious, earthy, and remarkably expressive spirit.
