The Glenmorangie 12 Year Old Sherry Cask Finish has spent ten years maturing in American White Oak ex-Bourbon barrels before being extra matured for two years in ex-Oloroso and renowned Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks from Jerez in Spain.
NOSE: Warm spices mix with smooth chocolate covered raisins, honeycomb and caramel toffee.
PALATE: Deliciously sweet sherry flavored sultanas, orange segments, walnuts and butterscotch combine to create complex warm spices.
FINISH: Long and satisfying finish with spiced orange and chocolate covered hazelnuts.
