Homies Tequila Añejo is a barrel-aged, 100% Blue Weber agave tequila matured in American oak for a rich, golden-amber sipping tequila with notes of caramel, vanilla, and warm spice.
The agaves are slowly cooked in traditional stone and brick ovens before being milled with a roller mill. The extracted juices are naturally fermented and then double distilled in copper pot stills. Following distillation, the tequila is rested in American oak to create its smooth texture, golden-amber color, and refined depth of flavor.
Tasting Notes
Radiant golden amber with bright highlights, Homies Tequila Añejo opens with aromas of cooked agave and butter layered with light caramel, vanilla, fine wood, and cinnamon. The palate is rich and vibrant, balancing subtle citrus with sweet, creamy oak and lively acidity. Its gently warming finish is smooth, balanced, and elegantly refined.
Best enjoyed neat or over a large cube, this expressive Añejo also adds luxurious depth to spirit-forward cocktails such as an Añejo Old Fashioned.
