Introducing La Mesa del Charco — Our First Single Estate Plata
Lágrimas del Valle proudly presents its inaugural Single Estate release: La Mesa del Charco. Nestled in a valley just outside El Arenal, Jalisco, this field is owned and operated exclusively by the Rosales family of Cascahuín — a true estate bottling that marks a step beyond our traditional partner-farmed Ranchos.
The agave here grows in a wild, aromatic landscape of Campanilla flowers (Condea Albida), Eucalyptus, and Guamuchiles (Madras Thorn), imparting a character as unique as the valley itself. On the palate, expect layers of tangerine, hints of clove, and anise, giving way to a rich, velvety mouthfeel of white chocolate, dried cherries, and almond. A full-flavored expression bearing complex sweetness and elevating the family legacy.
Terroir, Perfected
Borrowing from centuries-old French winemaking philosophy, we believe every piece of ground is unique — its soil, flora, fauna, altitude, and aspect shape a spirit unlike any other. La Mesa del Charco is proof.
