Leyenda 1925 Blanco Tequila is a fresh, vibrant expression rooted in generations of family tradition from Los Altos de Jalisco. Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave with clean, all-natural ingredients, this unaged tequila captures the bright flavor and character of the agave in its purest form.
Mature agaves are harvested at six to seven years of age, cooked for 36 hours in traditional masonry ovens, and rested for an additional 24 hours. The juice is extracted using a five-stage roller mill, fermented for approximately 72 hours, and double distilled using stainless-steel pot stills with copper coils.
