Leyenda 1925 Reposado Tequila is a smooth, layered expression rooted in generations of family tradition from Los Altos de Jalisco. Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave, it balances the fresh character of roasted agave with the warmth and complexity developed through careful barrel aging.
Mature agaves are harvested at six to seven years of age, cooked for 36 hours in traditional masonry ovens, and rested for an additional 24 hours. The juice is extracted using a five-stage roller mill, fermented for approximately 72 hours, and double distilled using stainless-steel pot stills with copper coils. The tequila is then aged for eight months in American white oak barrels.
About This Tequila
Golden amber in appearance, Leyenda 1925 Reposado opens with inviting aromas of ripe orange, wild herbs, cooked agave, and soft oak. The palate is smooth and balanced, revealing flavors of caramelized agave, red apple, pineapple, gentle vanilla, and toasted wood. Its warm finish brings the fruit, oak, and natural agave sweetness together with refined elegance.
Versatile and approachable, it can be enjoyed neat, over ice, or in an elevated Margarita, Paloma, or Reposado Old Fashioned.
