
The 2025 Inaugural Release of Maker's Mark Star Hill Farm Whisky marries two mashbills - one using 70% soft red winter wheat and 30% malted barley, and the other using 100% malted soft red winter wheat. This is the first-ever American wheat whisky from the Maker's Mark distillery.
Star Hill Farm Whisky aims to capture as much flavor from grain to glass, by honoring the flavor and processes of nature. By respecting regenerative agriculture practices and careful blending and aging, we amplify the grain's unique flavor.
Aroma: Floral and fruity notes of apple, sweet pear and cotton candy.
Palate: A delicate balance of caramel apple crumble and candied ginger.
Finish: Notes of oak and cinnamon sticks.
