Mijenta Maestra Selection No. 2 Blanco Tequila is the second limited edition release by Mijenta crafted from Blue Agave sourced from single estates in each of the five territories, the agaves for this release were distilled separately and then masterfully blended to create a final profile that is rich and complex.
Aroma: Caramelized coconut, vanilla, cooked agave, fruity notes such as caramelized cherry and roasted pineapple, citrus hints of fresh lemon, spices including cinnamon, tonka pepper, nutmeg, and cardamom. Herbal tones like mint, spearmint, sage, freshly cut grass, and floral nuances such as roses.
Palate: Its passage on the palate is silky and sweet, confirming its complexity in the mouth.
Color: Very bright, with silvery highlights, luminous, and full-bodied.
