This exclusive release delivers an exceptional balance of smooth, mellow agave and rich bourbon barrel influence, available in less than 250 individually numbered bottles.
Distilled at NOM 1580, under the artistry of Master Distiller Sergio Cruz and Master Blender Oscar Vasquez Camarena, this expression showcases the best of Los Altos craftsmanship. Using 100% fully mature Blue Weber agave from Jesus Maria, Jalisco, the piñas are slow-cooked in traditional stone ovens for up to three days, then roller-milled and open-air fermented with deep well water for unmatched purity.
