Tolago is brewed in the Pacific Northwest. Following fermentation, the alcohol is charcoal filtered, then ran through our proprietary RO system to remove all impurities. This leaves the alcohol pure and free of any yeast sediment and residual sugars. Depending on the formulation, the ingredients are then batched in with filtered water.
To enhance its uniqueness, 100% real ethically sourced ingredients are added to create this formulation. The organic ginger is sourced in Southern California, while the pear is from the Pacific North West. Keeping true to the process, Tolago Ginger Pear Hard is naturally sweetened with fair trade, certified organic agave nectar from Mexico. From here the water, alcohol and other ingredients are carbonated, canned and packaged for your enjoyment.
