Tolago is brewed in the Pacific Northwest. Following fermentation, the alcohol is charcoal filtered, then ran through our proprietary RO system to remove all impurities. This leaves the alcohol pure and free of any yeast sediment and residual sugars. Depending on the formulation, the ingredients are then batched in with filtered water.
To enhance its unique process, 100% real locally sourced fruit juice is added to the alcohol. Both Guava and Mango are from Southern California. Guava is produced from the Wong Farm near Salton Sea. Mango is sourced from the Serrato Farm in Valley Center in San Diego. Keeping true to the process, the Agave Lime is naturally sweetened with fair trade, certified organic agave nectar from Mexico. From here the water, alcohol and other ingredients are carbonated, canned and packaged for your enjoyment.
