I was excited about this BT release. I found it to taste much like Canadian Whiskey. Nothing more than a mixer for me. Package arrived, but the peanuts were inside the air sleeves and “melted”? To the bottle. Very weird
I am going to try to clean them off somehow. May need to reconsider packing material.

A mixer not a sipping bourbon. Get yourself something cheaper if you’re making drinks. Definitely not comparable to any other BT products.

I loved it. The whiskey has a nice caramel taste. It was also quite smooth. It went perfectly with a big ice cube-no water was necessary. It might be a little too light for a purist who appreciates a burn but it is a perfect whiskey for a new whiskey drinker or during warmer weather when the heavier whiskeys don’t work for me.

Isn’t Chris Stapleton sober?! This would be like buying beef from vegan butcher and expecting it to be amazing.

Disappointed!

Chris Stapleton fans I am sorry, but this isn’t a good whiskey. No discernible smells on the nose, the tongue barely picked up any real tastes one would normally expect with a whiskey, especially a wheated one. The finish was gone before the heat in my throat dissipated. This is a mixer only and not a sipper.
