Harvested after 6–8 years of maturity, the agaves are slow-roasted in traditional brick ovens, roller-milled, naturally fermented using deep well water, and double-distilled in copper pot stills. Extended aging in American oak enhances the spirit with rich notes of vanilla, caramel, toasted oak, and baking spices while preserving the signature sweetness of cooked Highland agave. The result is a smooth, elegant añejo that remains true to traditional tequila-making without the use of additives.
